Ingredients
- 1 1/2 medium bananas, peeled, sliced into rounds and frozen until solid
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons almond milk (or soy milk or cream – we used fat-free half & half)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or to taste)
Instructions
- Whirl fruit and milk/cream in food processor until it resembles soft-serve ice cream. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and almond butter. Pulse until well combined. If it needs sweetening, use a bit of honey. Serve immediately, or freeze in a freezer container.
