Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

It may not be that gorgeous to look at, but wow, what a taste! The kids would have had thirds if we made more. Give it a try. Smells like a holiday.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  2. 1 large ripe banana
  3. 1 cup milk, unsweetened soymilk, almond milk or coconut milk beverage
  4. 1 tablespoon honey or less
  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  6. 1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  7. 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Whirl in a blender till desired consistency.  Serve, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
